Snowbound Vanilla Porter B

Light bodied with lots of semi bitter malt with roasty light coffee notes followed by a acidic metallic carbonation. At the end the vanilla and caramel notes arrive. Not particularly sweet.

Mirage V8 B

Fruity sour with soft tropical notes of mango and almost acidic and very aromatic citrusy notes with some pretty convincing yuzu. So basically what it says on the can.

Flutter B

Very herbal with a moderate to high amount of bitterness and a dry lingering mouthfeel. Next to no fruit except for a bit of grapefruit zest.

Lost In the Sauce B

Smooth and somewhat milky. Somewhat fruity with pilsner like twist. Slight hint of caramel/toffee. Moderate bitterness.

Labyrinth of Gold B

Crisp and quite bitter west coast IPA with a bit of malt and herbs. Very dry. The balance is a bit fucked here. I think it's too bitter and I'm usually fond of lots of bitterness.

Tropic 66 B

Hazy and juicy IPA with a quite dry and bitter aftertaste. Somewhat fruity with tropical fruit and oranges followed by herbal and grassy notes.

Måneskin B

Very juicy IPA with a light and sweet fruitiness with bitter lemons. Low to medium bitterness.

Poltergeist B

Very floral and perfume heavy West coast IPA. Too heavy somehow.

Six Years' Time B

Sour and barrel aged. Whisky, smoke. Comple sherry.

Fuzzy Greens B

Soft honeydew melons and gooseberries with green tea and just slightly burnt rubber. Moderate bitterness. Subdued riwaka, but it's still present and I'm not a riwaka fan.

Edwin Supply B

Light bodied lager with a clean and crisp profile. Slightly floral with heavy grainy notes and moderate bitterness.

Meditation Disco B

Really fruity with light tropical flavours like mango, sweet pineapple and a bit of gooseberry. Dry greenish hoppy aftertaste with moderate bitterness and notes of matcha tea.

Side Gig B

Hazy session with mild herbal notes and a dry and moderate to high bitterness. Refreshing with grapefruit notes.

Undulate 13 B

Rather smooth chocolatey thing with some wierd mixed signals. Halfway between a barrel aged vinous stout and a pastry stout mixed with some pilsner vibes. Alright, but does not work particularly well.

Sator Cuvée B

Milky smooth mouthfeel with notes of oxidated apples, sweet plums, wet wood and bitter apple peel. Predominantly sour. Phenomenal balance. Nice hoppy bitterness.

Doobie Brother B

Dry and light with citrusy/pineapple notes and quite a lot of carbonation. A tad yeasty.

Opera B

Tart sour cherries with dark malt and light smoke. Lovely combination. This is at the friendly end of the scale considering the style. Not a particularly complex flavour profile but it's really quite well balanced.

Tenet B

Juice of tart sun-kissed cherries. Quite mellow sour with a mild sweetness and softness to it that lands it in the low-acidity end of the scale. So pretty friendly with a tart woody edge.

Peachfuzz B

Quite dry, juicy and hoppy IPA with notes of peach, pine and grass. Moderate bitterness and high carbonation.

Building Blocks B

IPA with creamy mild tropical mango and passion fruit notes followed by a malty and earthy dankness. Finishes quite dry with a moderate bitterness.

Iluka B

Fresh, citrusy and floral with quite dry bitterness. Lacks body as a counterweight to the drying hopburn. Otherwise really nice.

Great Gig In The Sky B

Very hazy double IPA with a full body with liquid oats and bitter orange. Quite dry and bitter finish and aftertaste. Love the contrast between the creamy oaty mouthfeel and the dry bitterness.

Floating City B

Lovely fresh IPA with citrusy and slightly tropical notes followed by a dry and bitter finish. Quite carbonated.

Lowmotion Pink B

Light sour with aromatic notes of summer flowers and lime. Light tropical sweetness. Very friendly and refreshing.

Weird Weather Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA B

Light citrusy with a light body and just a hint of bitterness.

Black Magic Woman B

Smoke packed with notes of peat and some coffee. Initially a bit over the top but it mellows to a nice level. Rather bitter. More body would improve it - too thin. To Hornbeer: Fuck your gender stereotypes. "A real man's beer". Seriously. Just don't.

Arepo B

Light and somewhat soft with lots of stone fruit including mild apricots and peach. Quite tart but not particularly sour. Quite friendly.

Dreaming of the Void B

Strong and boozy stout with sweet caramel, cocoa, coconut, dark malt, vanilla and a bit of soya. Sweet and sticky, carbonated with acidic bubbles, slightly bitter with intense umami elements.

Noche Buena 2.0 B

Dry dark malt and lots of coffee with some chocolate notes. Somewhat spicy with a tingling heat on the tongue. Yeasty aftertaste. Some bitterness.

Paradisfugl B

Tropical and slightly sweet with a milky texture. Mostly sweet pineapple and grapes but also earthy with a grassy and bitter aftertaste.

Modern Solutions B

Mild fruit with notes of sweet pineapple, gooseberries and papaya followed by a lingering medium to high bitterness and a bit of hop-burn. Quite dry. Great balance.

Future Horizons B

Very juicy and fruity with notes of orange, lychee and grapes. A bit dank, quite dry and moderately bitter.

Spontankonatsu B

Lambic style sour with notes of lime and bitter lemon. It has some softness and just a bit of sweetness that balances it quite well.

Around the Bend B

Quite floral and malty with pilsner vibes. Rather bitter but balanced by the floral notes. And then it's almost bone dry.

Curse of the Hop Monster B

Smooth and juicy double IPA with a mellow and malty body filled with citrus (orange) and mango notes followed by a dry and slightly resinous finish. Low to medium bitterness.

Pocket Philosophy B

Mild, soft and juicy IPA with notes of mild strawberries, papaya and subdued melon. Moderate bitterness with some resinous/herbal and slightly sweet aftertaste.

Very citrusy and fruity IPA with peppery notes and a very mild bitterness. Somewhat smooth and mostly dry.

Julelys B

Porter packed with flavours - chocolate, mild coffee, mild yeast and some intense concentrated licorice in the aftertaste. Light but also somewhat smooth without the soft thick texture. Quite dry.

Jul Suffer B

Dry and bitter with herbal notes with a wierd funky aftertastea. No sweetness.

Jule-IPA B

Simple malty IPA with a piney bitterness, lots of citrus and vague notes of coriander. A bit sweet but well countered by the bitterness. Not bad especially considering this particular bottle hasn't received the best treatment.

Noche Buena B

A Dry & Bitter classic take on a stout 😀 Quite heavy on the dark and bitter chocolatey malt with a decent body. Quite dry with some sweetness and packed with intense dark flavours. Slightly spicy.

Mirrored - BRU-1 / Citra B

Off dry IPA with fruity and juicy tropical notes - especially oranges. Very hoppy and somewhat bitter.

BærBegær B

Light and fresh ale with distinct raspberry notes. Very simple and a bit watery.

Night of the Hop Creeps B

Clean and crisp west coast IPA with notes of malt and floral perfume. Moderate bitterness and just a tad sweetness. Somewhat reminiscent of a fresh pilsner.

Stratoketcher B

Semi-sweet tropical and juicy IPA with a tad funkiness and ripe orange notes. High carbonation. Nice balance.

Retur B

Light with clear citrus notes. Somewhat malty with a yeasty aftertaste. Rather bitter for its style.

Fresh and light IPA with slightly malty notes, perfumed citrus fruits and grapefruit peel. Somewhat bitter. Quite carbonated.

Hot Fang B

Quite fresh but also a bit sweet with bitterness and notes of lemon and melons.

Royal Oak B

Strong slightly herbal ale with mild toffee notes and some soy sauce. Hints of coconut and chocolate in the aftertaste.

Tile Cutter B

Crisp and clean pale ale quite a lot of dry bitterness. A tad boring.

Røgslør B

Quite smokey, yet with a mild and smooth feel. Bacon, smoked sausage and smoked mackerel. Quite malty. Yet also quite fresh.

Smooth and mild sour with distinct raspberry notes mixed with some sour apples. Somewhat tart with some sweetness.

Lots of malt, coffee and creamy dark chocolate notes with hints of licorice. Quite dry and somewhat bitter. Really nice mouthfeel.

Quite bitter and dry braggot with some honey and banana

Joker & the Thief 2022 B

Intense and sweet chocolate cake with syrupy dark stone fruits and some bitterness. Quite strong without feeling heavy. Interesting stout and barley wine combo - sometimes the stout half dominates and sometimes it feels more like a barley wine.

Old Habits B

Malt, quite a bit of caramel and mild bitterness. More dry than sweet.

Castle Black Stout B

Very rich, smooth and boozy stout with lots of dark chocolate milk and vanilla. A bit sweet like fudge but in no way too sticky or over the top. A bit if bitterness balances it.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2019) B

Intense sour cherries with lots of tartness, a bit of bitterness and notes of marcipan and coconut.

Swedish Wash B

Strong and very vinous ale slightly sweet notes of grape though mostly dry and slightly bubbly.

Do Stuff Together B

Quite fruity and smooth pale ale. Off dry, light and slightly bitter at the end.

Very fresh and clean IPA with slightly sour notes. A bit sweet and very fruity.

Cherry O B

Intense cherry with a lime twist. Both sweet and quite acidic though definitely more sour than sweet.

City Festival the Beer IPA B

Juicy, slightly tropical, somewhat sweet and quite boozy with a bitter finish. Great mouthfeel but lacks a bit of taste.

Tart sour cherries with just a tiny bit of sweetness. But mostly just really dry and lovely tart.

Dangerously Close To Stupid B

Slightly sweet double IPA with a smooth mouthfeel and mildly prickling hops. Light malt, honey and a bit of pine in the taste.

Trip Hazard B

Very tropical and sweet with lots of sugary lactose. Too sweet. Though it's a bit old at this point, so it might have been better hidden at some point.

Chemtrailblazer B

IPA with a bit of malt sweetness, a bit of fruit and a sharp and herbal bitterness.

Miracle Aligner B

Hazy, light and fruity session IPA with grapefruit notes.

Radial B

Very peachy double IPA with a milky texture, sweetness and some hoppy bitterness for balance.

Undulate v10 B

Sweet and bitter chocolate cake with lots of vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar, and a bit of yeasty bread. Well balanced and far from oversweet.

Passion Pool B

Quite sour and a bit tart with lots of fruity tropical notes.

Undulate v9 B

Dark smooth porter with lots of bitter coffee and licorice notes, and smooth malts and cocoa. It has a bit of sweetness to balance all the strong and bitter notes.

Megalodome B

Very tropical fruity double IPA with a soft smooth mouthfeel, a bit of citrus and a lingering bitterness. Somewhat sweet, though with a good balance.
