Red Wedding (2022) B

Smooth dark barrel aged stout with notes of chocolate, coffee and dried fruits. Sweet and bitter. Seems more bitter and less fruity than White Wedding

Sweyn Forkbeard B

Strong, bitter and vinous barley wine. Complex though it does not necessarily add to the beer.

Three Graces B

Strong, somewhat sweet, spicy and fruity with some yeast and a bit of banana.

Galaxy Pale Ale B

Quite fresh and aromatic pale ale with lots of prickly bitterness.

Fanø Vadehav B

Mild brown ale with roasted notes and a hint of chocolate. Slightly sweet, but mostly refreshing.

Somewhat strong and malty scotch ale with sweet toffee notes.

Light and crisp pilsner with a bit of malt sweetness and a nice mouthfeel.

Strong old school Czech pilsner with malt sweetness, bitterness and spicy notes. Quite sweet.

Slightly sweet and fruity IPA with notes of passion fruit and bitter oranges.

Chaos Equilibrium B

Stout with chocolate, fruity and nutty flavours and a hint of coffee. Reasonably dry - off-dry. Definitely not sweet. Slightly acidic.

Light and crisp ale with a bit of acidity and fruity raspberries.

Ampersand: Idaho 7 B

Very fruity and semi sweet IPA with pineapple and grapefruit notes.

Colossus B

Boozy, bitter dark malt, sweet and quite a bit of bitter hops.

Intension B

Sharp barley wine with notes of burnt caramel, tea and figs.

Fenrir B

Boozy, strong, sharp and quite flat barley wine with smoky bourbon notes. Too sharp on it's own, works better with food.

Lilt-Edged B

Slightly sour soda-like fruity notes with a funky aftertaste.

Versus: Dual B

Off-dry double IPA with aromatic and fruity pineapple and slightly bitter hops. Nicely balanced.

La Ferme B

Quite sour. Like tart lemons with a hint of caramel and a bit of bitterness.

Airport Spontanale B

Tart, sour and complex lambic. Lots of flavours, slight sweetness, but mostly dry.

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut B

Very vinous beer with a bit of tartness and a taste of sugary malts and bitter hops. Though mostly dry.

Seedling B

Light, clean and mostly dry sour with a bit of body, bright fruity notes and minerality. Only mildly sour and quite friendly.

Cherubik B

Light sour with a bit of sweetness and fruity notes raspberries (even though it's suppose to be with cherries). Great alternative to soda for us who don't like the sickly sweet stuff.

Bob B

Refreshing lager like type with sweet malt, a bit of bitterness and floral notes.

Alpha Pavonis B

Classic lager with a bit of sweet malt and bitter hops. It has a hint of citrus but otherwise nothing special.

Undulate V6 B

Dark malts with a bit of roasted flavours, a hint of coffee and licorice. Mostly dry.

KNUD (the Kromutter) B

Crisp and light IPA with floral pineapple notes and a bit of lingering bitterness.

Mild and light floral beer with a bit of fruity sweetness and a hint of acidity. Very friendly.

Soft and very sweet with a hint of something tropical. There is a bit of hoppy bitterness, but not much.

Killer Glow B

Strong and very tropical triple IPA with lots of mango and banana flavours. Quite sweet but it's well balanced by the alcohol and hops.

Random Task B

Refreshing and mild. Lots of minerality and a bit of fruits, but otherwise a tad dull.

Mild and creamy stout with coffee, sweet chocolate and roasty dark malts.

MBCC'20 Berliner-style Weisse With Fruits of the Sun B

Slightly sour ale with citrus and grapefruit notes. Very mild with a bit of everything - fruit, yeast, malt, bitterness... but not a lot of anything either.

Mild double IPA with a bit of sweetness and grapefruit zest.

Winter Triangle B

Start off with lots of pineapple and grapefruit, but quickly a dry bitterness and peppery and grassy hop takes over and lingers.

Der Berliner Solbær B

Quite sour and refreshing berliner weisse with lots of sour and tart fruit.

Versus: Hue B

Semi-sweet double IPA with fruity and floral notes. The sweetness is almost sugary. Not significantly different from it's sister Hew, but a bit more floral and slightly less bitter.

Very fruity with a somewhat milky sweetness and a bitterness with notes of pine resin.

Very citrusy and lightly fruity IPA with a hint of gooseberries and grassy hops.

Very hazy double IPA with juicy tropical flavours and lots of grassy and bitter hops.

Trading Places B

A bit sweet tropical double IPA with lots of tropical flavours, especially pineapple and ripe mango. Very friendly with a bitter finish that does give a bit of a kick.

Illuminations B

Quite dark malty and bitter black IPA. A bit hoppy with grassy notes, but the dark malts do dominate.

Video Nasty B

Malty and pilsner-like ale with a bitter and slightly sweet edge.

Undulate V8 B

Smooth off-dry stout with some bitter coffee and chocolate notes with some fruity acidity. Not quite mellow, but refreshingly easy to drink without it being too thin and boring.

Winter Hexagon B

Boozy and slightly bitter triple IPA with a creamy almost thick texture, some sweetness and lots of fruity hops.

Peaches En Reguavia B

Very slightly sour ale with a lot of flavour of peach, light malt and a slight bitterness. A bit sweet, possibly off-dry.

Don't Bring Me Down B

Very juicy IPA with lots of intense tropical flavours, especially mango and pineapple, and overripe oranges. Hoppy and slightly grassy.

Throne Room B

Fruity double IPA with some tropical fruitiness and quite a bit of hops. A bit sweet. Otherwise it's a bit difficult to distinguish a particular taste.

Metamorfose B

Very hazy, almost muddy double IPA with lots of light fruity and grassy flavours, large amounts of hops and a lingering bitterness with a slightly sour edge.

Lion Around B

Surprisingly flavour full dry session IPA with slightly bitter piney notes, a bit of juiciness, and tropical flavours like pineapple and mango.

Symptomagic B

Fresh IPA with a palate with a combination of resinous pine, malt and a hint of citrus. It's very true to the west coast IPA style.

Vapeur B

Mild hazy and juicy IPA with light tropical notes of passion fruit, freshcut grass and mineral water.

Undulate V4 B

Lightweight and rather thin stout with a taste of something slightly fruity and sour, as well as smokey dark malt. Easy to drink, but pretty dull.

A bit funky sour with lots of raspberries and mango. Slightly malty but otherwise mostly refreshing.

A somewhat thin porter with nutty chocolatey flavours, a hint of malty sweetness and a bit of bitterness.

Porter with lots of flavours, like roasted dark malt, creamy coffee and dark fruity figs. Slightly bitter, quite hoppy and mostly dry with a bit of sweetness.

Blomst Bajer B

Light, yeasty and slightly floral beer with a hint of elderflower. Like a mild mix of pilsner and only lightly sour farmhouse ale.

Tart and slightly bitter ale with light malty notes, a tad sourness and a hint of fruity lime.

Undulate v5 B

Light porter with flavours of slightly burnt caramel, lightly roasted coffee, yeast and citrus. Dry with a bit of bitterness and quite a bit of acidity. The foam is rather too explosive.

Rich and slightly sweet with a creamy texture and a bit of bubbly. Exotic flavours with ripe mandarins and a hint of soft banana.

Inner Space B

Slightly sweet and hazy IPA with fruity notes of honeydew melon and grassy hops. Slightly bitter and surprisingly full bodied.

Free Fall Flow B

IPA with notes of rye/malt, grass, fruity green mangoes and a decent dose of bitterness.

Dry west coast IPA with malty and hoppy notes. Slightly bitter.

Oculus Orbus B

Hazy double IPA with notes of sweet ripe tropical mango and grassy hops. A well balanced beer that’s a total crowd pleaser.

Interstratal Abyss B

Tropical and slightly sweet IPA a sharp taste on the tongue and a grassy bitterness.

Giant Jelly B

Strong and sweet triple IPA with tropical and hoppy notes and quite an alcohol kick with a lingering bitterness.

Astral Sabbatical B

Quite hoppy, somewhat bitter and dry IPA with grapefruit notes and a salty taste that reminds me of olive brine.

Slightly sweet and sour ale with a taste of cranberry juice.

Sleepy Nomad B

Fresh session IPA with a hint of fruit. Too bland and a bit thin.
