Never had in a bottle, only on draft. Goes pretty similar on a grape forward highway, like launched over its speed limits. Doesn’t give the proper lambic taste, mainly it is only tart and vinous. But it is a good drink indeed. 4.20

Nez funk, fruit, minérale, acide mais pas trop, légèrement vineuse, sèche, raisin pas mûr et finale plutôt amère. Sympa, assez fine et subtile

Jolie robe rose orangée, Le mourvedre ne ressort pas tant que ca, je sais pas si c'est l'âge (bottled 18/19) ou le cépage mais le lambic et la barrique prennent le dessus sur le raisin
