Very rare to get any Cantillon on tap outside of western Europe. Pours a dirty purple color. Smell is very subtle dry grape. Taste is a restrained flavor bomb of fruit, yeast, and dignity. Go ahead and tell me anything right now. This is perfection.

Nog maar een mandje, na de witte druiven volgen de blauwe druiven. De Grand Cru is volgens Toon van de toog nog meer wijn als de standaard-versie. Ivm de witte druif is deze (nog) minder zuur en meer fruitig. Geweldige ervaringen #bronkoop

23 avril Dernière journée Cantillon. Bon ok je me suis trouvée une affection grandissante pour St Lamvinus Grand Cru cette bouteille était vraiment bien équilibrée. Le raisin est super, pas trop acide.

Jeudi 14 avril Cantillon. Aller dropper ses valises et hop direct chez Cantillon où Marc m’attendait avec cette belle bouteille, ça start fort. Jamais une fan de St Lam mais là elle est parfaite dans les circonstances.

2018. Mocno kompotowe, winogronka sa, ale w porownaniu do poprzednich, to przepasc, tu nawet takie nuty papierowe, 4,0 - nic wincyj, s: slodkie, winogoronowe, kompotowe, wytrawno-papierowo-przypraowowy finisz, ale overall to pustawe w smaku, 3,8 overall.
