Mega rare made with wine barrels some desert wine barrels included. Really sharp sour aroma. Rich deep full sour pithy aggressive some really interesting rounding notes possibly from the rum

Blue blood ever so slightly floral hint of fruit in this honey sickle infusion. More of a sour led on this beer really dry finish again a stand up sour

Saint Lamvinus Grand Cru L

Red wine hybrid, woody notes vineous but the beer has waves of fruit not vinigary at all really classy number

Rosé de Gambrinus L

Fresh fruity crisp carbonation high long lingering sour finishing dry.
