Saint Lamvinus Grand Cru

Very rare to get any Cantillon on tap outside of western Europe. Pours a dirty purple color. Smell is very subtle dry grape. Taste is a restrained flavor bomb of fruit, yeast, and dignity. Go ahead and tell me anything right now. This is perfection.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal

Deep black cherry color. Smells like cherry lambic. Tastes like a cross between Cantillon cherry lambic and something out of New Glarus. But the taste is more sophisticated. This is a flavor that sneaks up on you, gets to know your weaknesses.

Enjoyed this very rare treat in 375ml bottle at The Sovereign in Washington DC. Pours a peachy amber color with ample head. The smell.. after all this time still brings me to tears. The taste is absolute perfection of the style, tart and so smooth.

Rare bottle, enjoyed at Hopleaf . Bright amber color. Bright nose fades quickly after first pour. Smooth bubbly mouthfeel - surprising for the low carbonation. Flavor is sweetly smooth (from cognac influence) with sour lambic essence start to finish.
