Nov. 5th date. Soft carb, minor notes of wet wood, full mouthfeel. Beautiful lemon, white wine, peach and apricot notes. Very nice bottle.

One a day historical check in, drank June 2009. Unrated due to not being so serious about making notes at the time.

Très chanceuse de pouvoir boire ça. Elle est extrêmement bonne. Super équilibre. Y a du funk, du cheese aussi, belle vig qui shine. Malgré le bouchon nasty qui sent la cassonnade. Crédit photo François Trudel.

Very good, aged much more too my liking than I expected. Loads of aged cantillon geuze. Light grape sweetness and timid fruitiness on the finish. Vig can probs never be a 5 for me but this was damn close.

What a surprise on the menu @ Cantillon. Example why white > red wine lambic. This is the definition of what I search for in aging and also lambic in general. Especially after decanting in the glass ~30min this was insane. Funk++, white wine, lemon...

4.20. Very acidic. Grape aroma is depressed a little bit. Not open even in a higher temp.

A nice sour, not as crazy puckering as others. The wine grapes kept their flavour well and the beer was good despite being a bit past their recommended best by. Wish I knew what the fresh version tasted like
