One a day historical check in, drank 31/7/2010 at Chris & Ruth's pre GBBF shindig. Dark chocolate, coconut, caramel and toffee aromas. Very nice nose. Chocolate, light spices, malts and smoky flavours. Nice, malty action. Good alcohol burn. Nice.

One a day historical check in, drank September 2009. Aromas of caramel, roasted malts, sweet spices, licorice, a lot going on in there! Flavours Of burnt caramel, forest fruits, dark chocolate, brown sugar. Warming slightly bitter finish. Very nice.

One a day historical check in, drank November 2011. Peach, mango and tropical fruit nose. Very nice indeed. Man alive this is tasty! Totally tropical flavours, pineapple and mango in particular. Reminds me of Pliny the Elder. Lovely!

One a day historical check in, drank October 2011. Raisins, bonfire toffee, plain chocolate and burnt sugar aromas. Most alluring indeed. Smoky-dry flavours of dark roast coffee and chocolate. Quite sticky. Dry as Jack Dee’s wit finish. Lovely stuff.

Nice nose of chocolate pudding,hazelnut,caramel, cappuccino,sweet malt action.Taste is milk chocolate Bounty Bar,hazelnut, toffee,vanilla,most certainly salted caramel,exceedingly flavoursome bourbon backbone. Long sweet uber warming finish. Delicious 😋.

Christ I hate wax caps,ouch 🗡 🤕! Nose is dark chocolate, coffee, raisin, sweet tobacco, dessicated coconut. Taste is boozy fruitcake, sweet tobacco, black cherries, cinammon, coffee. Sweet warming alcohol. Improves with every sip.

One a day historical check in, drank November 2010. Interesting nose. Berries, pineapple, hops-a-plenty, vanilla, spices. Nice, spicy bitter aromas. Flavours of nuts, chocolate, salt, blackberries, tobacco and pepper. Very soothing. Smoky, bitter finish.

One a day historical check in, drank November 2010. Soothing aromas of vanilla, coffee, chocolate & a little toffee. The taste is vanilla & chocolate followed by a burst of dark roast coffee ending with a very nice bourbon kick. Extremely smooth stuff.

One a day historical check in, drank August 2010. Banana, pear, wheat, lots of herbs, cloves. Can certainly taste the Scarborough Fayre herbs in this. A bit of peach and banana in there too. Quite a sharp hop presence. Refreshing.
