Great, fruity, horsey, forest fruits. Earthy bitterness mingling with balanced acidity. Solid, inexpensive!

Spontan Goes Spontan Ježil

Almost no funk, citrusy sourness with big grapefruit bitterness. I don't think this is a good addition to a spontaneous beer, maybe a quick sour though!

Classic boon funk, not much more in the nose, but one of the smoothest Geuezes I've ever had. Nice walnut aftertaste.

Very distinctly Cantillon, funk, nice sourness, balance, floral finish.
