While the traditional 120 minute is good and one of the better IPAs I’ve had, this takes it to another level. The barrel aging works so much better than I expected with this profile and results in a rich and flavor-packed experience.

Like snorting French toast off a hookers ass. It’s sweet but a bit much. Definitely tastes just like French toast. No beer flavor at all

Reminds me of Xmas. Too much cinnamon. Otherwise it’s strong, bold, and taste bud forward

Smells great. Light and airy on the tongue. It disappears quick with just a hint of hops on the aftertaste.

Kinda dank, mustiness with a sour hop finish. Very different from Jai Alai with it’s fruiter tropical notes. Malty and musty. I don’t mind it, but I think I prefer many of the other IPAs that I’ve tried.
