Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Riley

While the traditional 120 minute is good and one of the better IPAs I’ve had, this takes it to another level. The barrel aging works so much better than I expected with this profile and results in a rich and flavor-packed experience.

Been holding this bad boy and the wait paid off. The boozy flavor is present but contained, giving way to rich notes of coffee and maple. Delicious and easy for a heavy barrel-aged

Just too much agave kick to really enjoy. Lime is heavy but would be good if a better compliment

Breakfast Stout Riley

One that I’ve always wanted to try. Strong notes of coffee and one of the only true “oatmeal” stouts I’ve had. Met my high expectations but didn’t exceed.
