2023. Great dank horseblanket smell with some tart grapes. More tart in taste with the funk always hanging there for nice balance and earthiness that keeps it good into finish.

Lovely wild tart smell that isn’t overboard with subtle grape must. Acidity and ramps throughout but with flavor wild tartness and a finish that quenches.

Happy Zwanze Day 2024! This is a 2023 bottle. Tart, apricot, musty, funky, classic. Effervescent.

This is a wonderful lambic. It’s the kind of sour that I love, but might be too much for some. There’s a nice bit of a smoky finish.
