Crowlerdatud 1 päev peale taptapi avamist 5 aastat tagasi (14.12.2017) ehk siis külmkapis olnud 5 aastat.. oksüdeerunud ja väga lambicune, üllatavalt on hapukus väga mahe, funky, mõru, nats happeline, veits vesine. Päris mõnsa, hapusus on just paras.

Probably one of the most vineous and tannic Lamvinuses that I've had chance to try. Dry. Herbal. Dry grape peel funk. Drying.

Fruity and nice. Does not taste as much of lingonberry as the one on the tap.

The ageing has not softened the acidity that much in this but the slight softness of the apricots balances well.

I managed to get hold of this year's edition finally. The Congolese pepper is added in just the right amount to add life and complexity without overwhelming the rest of the quite nuanced palate.
