Loving the St. Lamb. Too few and far between really I love my lambic with grapes and this is awesome. Vinous notes with barnyard funk. Good acidity and tartness with a bit of sweet that is enveloped by sour and wood. Welcome to the lambic world Jordan G.

Nath (2021)

Beautiful balance. Acidity - sweetness - fruit. Rhubarb and notes of blackberries and peaches with soft esters and apples.

Thick rich sweet as hell. Abv is hidden. Syrupy.

Citrus Squall

Naw. Grapefruit juice with light salt.

Breakfast Stout (2022)

Not their best vintage. Roasty and bitter. Gentle chocolate but overwhelming roast almost leathery.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2019)

Beautiful bright funk and balanced. Not too sour or acidic just loads of yeast and barrel notes. A treat.

Wake Up World Wide Stout (2022)

Roasty and burnt barrels with dryness. Heat is hidden considering.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2018)

Sour. Acidic. Bodacious. Lots of yummy hops and white wine goodness.

Iris (2022)

Always love iris. Gentle hop hit that plays with the acidity.

Grapes and peach notes. Bright acidity and balanced. Just a treat to be here.

Barbera

Banging. Big fruit notes showcasing grapes from Italy. Tart, funky, fruity and vinous. This beer bangs.

La Corvée

Big berries. Nice tartness. Skins and something I can’t put my finger on it!

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2022)

LFG! This place is amazing 🥲 Lots of tart cherries. Not very acidic, pretty mellow overall with a nice sugar hit to balance it all out.

Classic Gueuze (2022)

Beautiful and balanced as you’d expect. Bright, funky, fruity with thick peach flesh and sweet nectar.

Fou’ Foune (2022)

Balanced and fruity. Shocker huh? Bright peaches and funky wood balanced out for a tasty treat.

Oktoberfest

Solid. Malty bodacious semi sweet with a crisp finish. Some caramel going on.

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout (2017)

Fantastic. 5 years old to the day and wow so much barrel and lush chocolate malts roasted with more barrel, vanilla and dry oak notes. Dang.

Fou' Foune (2019)

Fantastic. Elegant and juicy bright deliciousness. Don’t even remember how I stumbled on this bottle but damn what a beautiful day for it. Nice tartness that is nuanced by sweet apricots and a lot of minerals
