Fou comment le houblon se mêle au lambic de base. Quand même pas mal de hops pour 2.5 ans d'age, mais aussi assez acre et pas mal acide... je suis de plus en plus sensible à l'acidité et 750ml de lambic je trouve ça beaucoup! Gros merci à ma tante Momo!!!

After three years cellared, this is just phenomenal. Big hit of mango from the hops with some light fizz and great sour depth. Fabulous

Still so beautiful, I love the subtlety of the minerality coming through. Lots of wet hay and stone fruit on this, almost peachy and lemony

Soirée 100% Cantillon 5/11. Comme une OG dry hoppé au Hallertau. Beau coté floral, un peu citronné.
