The rhum and Madeira really punch through. As nice as it is, I miss the pure cognac aged of 2020 which was phenomenal.

A couple years cellared and this has become ridiculously good. Wine gums and strawberries more than cherries with an earthy almost beetroot like character. And almonds! So many almonds! Wow

Two, almost three years cellared and this is just pure bliss. Super mango-y and snappy with some decent wood notes. I don’t really know how you could better this, more age?

Vigneronne (2019) B

Aged for 3 years, ridiculously good. Olive oil viscosity, apricots, pear and vinous notes. Wow wow wow.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2019) B

After three years cellared, this is just phenomenal. Big hit of mango from the hops with some light fizz and great sour depth. Fabulous

Wonderful bouquet of apricot, peach and oak. Continues on the palate with decadent layers of oak and stone fruit. Long long finish. Incredible stuff.
