Meyer lemon, leather, lemon rind. This bottle did not have a lot of carbonation and not sure if intended. Bubbles would have made it hhigher. Has a wine like after taste on the palate. Really good.

The elderflower adds a wonderful peppery, earthy taste to a classic Cantillon Gueze.

No surprise that it's delicious. Trying to pick out new notes...getting meyer lemon, pink grapefruit, sourdough crust.
