#5,500 unique check in. Probably missed another 500 along the way. The chocolate held up well on this one. Not much nilla. Bourbon has fell off a bit. Been on fridge door in garage forever. Faded label.

Yeah, it's old, expected it to be far worse than it was.

Not bad after ten years. The coffee is gone but chocolate is still there and the heat has calmed down a lot. Nice and mellow.

Coffee is much more bitter, cocoa is almost non existent, metallic is not quite there but you can taste a very little bit. Nose is weak bourbon and burnt coffee. It’s ight

2011 strong dark fruit aroma, with roast malt and sherry. Flavor doesn't show coffee. Bourbon and heat are still there, asking with fruity undertones. More chocolate presence at this point, like a Bourbon ball.
