Bottled 7.07.21. Mellowed quite a bit, but still strong. The citrus is the most prominent flavor, but this was always a complex beer. Great stuff

Yes. A sessionable black ipa that isn’t watery. I love this.

Founders Porter(2023) Thirsty

Finally cold enough outside for this to feel right. Creamy coffee and dark chocolate with a graham cracker finish.

Citrus Squall Thirsty

That’s very pleasant. Lime, coconut and grapefruit with a sweet golden ale base.

Have been super excited to try this one and it is exceeding my expectations! All of my favorite things: Scotch ale base with maple, vanilla and cinnamon all aged together in bourbon barrels ✅😍

Oak, vanilla and coffee. Delicious- but I wouldn’t expect anything else from Founders!

All Day Haze Thirsty

All day is right! Love this series and a hazy version is what was missing. Sweet and juicy, but the pineyness of the original is still there. Also, Let’s Go Hokies! 🦃

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) Thirsty

Not as good as the fudge, but better than the espresso and the O.G. Love the cinnamon, but don’t get any of the vanilla. Still very tasty!

Velvet Rush Thirsty

Fantastic boozy and spicy brown ale brewed with all of my favorite things: coffee, chocolate, vanilla and milk sugar. Makes for a decadent brew, but not as hearty as a thick porter or stout - dangerous when it weighs in at 11.1%. Happy Thanksgiving!

Panther Cub (2021) Thirsty

Dense and aromatic with an intense nose of chocolate, bourbon, vanilla and sweet candy sugar. The maple is a dominant flavor, and it is instantly one of my favorite Founders brews to-date. All the rich complexity of CBS in a more earthy, smoky porter.

Little comparison between two years. Such a great beer, hoppy but still plenty of maple flavor.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) Thirsty

The perfect Brown Ale. Espresso, earthy and nutty malt flavors, boozy as hell, and a bittersweet chocolate finish...and my wife knocks it over and spills half 🤦‍♂️. RIP
