Je reste sur ma première note, c'est parfait pour découvrir les lambics. Belles notes d'agrumes avec un peu de zeste. Ma collègue de dégustation à noter des saveurs d'olives vertes. Belle rondeur.

Clear light copper color. Grapefruit, apricot like aroma with elderflower, hay, honey, wood, herbs like flavor. Strong tartness, mild bitterness, no or hint of sweetness. Medium carbonation, medium body. Grapefruit, wood like aftertastes. Excellent!
