Dark reddish color. Berries, wood, spices, hay like complexed character. Strong tartness, no sweetness and bitterness. Low levels of astringency (but not uncomfortable). Medium carbonation, medium body. Berry like aftertaste. Tasty!

Elderflower, hay, muscat, spice, grass like complexed character. Strong tartness, almost no sweetness and bitterness. Low levels of astringency. Very dry mouthfeel. Medium carbonation, medium body. Tart aftertaste with some elderflower like flavor.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

Strong vanilla character with wood, orange, cherry aroma and caramel like flavor. Strong or medium sweetness, mild bitterness. Mediums carbonation, medium body (not too heavy although high ABV). Vanilla, orange like aftertastes. Very good!

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2021)

One of my favorite beer (concepts, culture, taste, etc…). Clear blonde color. Hay, apricot, vinegar, spice, wood, vanilla, very complexed. Strong tartness, mild bitterness, no sweetness. Very strong carbonation, medium body. Excellent!

Very strong tartness! More sour than Cantillon Gueuze (just my impression). Tartness with cassis, earth, wood, spice, etc… Mild sweetness, no bitterness, very mild astringency. Medium carbonation, medium body. Distinctive, yummy!

Strong cherry like aroma with vinegar, herb, spice, botanic, etc… Strong tartness, medium sweetness, mild or hint of bitterness, very low levels of astringency (tannin?). Strong carbonation, medium body. Great!

Clear deep blonde. Dry fruits, figs, vanilla like flavor with spice, wood, cognac like character. Medium tartness, no bitterness and sweetness, very mild astringency. Medium carbonation, medium or full body. Very matured. Excellent!

Clear light copper color. Grapefruit zest, some distinctive fruity, herbal aroma (rhubarb?). Wood, vanilla like flavor. Strong tartness, no or hint of sweetness, no bitterness. Low levels of saltiness and umami. Strong carbonation, light body. Excellent!

Mamouche (2020)

It was my first check-in for Mamouche. Distinctive botanical, floral, spicy, berry-like character from elderflower (probably). Similar to dry vermouth, but low ABV. Medium tartness, no bitterness and sweetness. Strong carbonation, medium body. Excellent!

Mild tartness with elegant woody, herbal, spicy, apple like fruity aroma. Clear golden color. No sweetness and bitterness. Strong carbonation, medium body. Refreshing mouthfeel. Five years aging would make the rounded character. Excellent!

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020)

Maple syrup with coffee, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, wood, etc... complexed. Black color. Strong sweetness, medium-high roasted bitterness. Mild carbonation, full body. Very good.

Cloudy dark reddish color. Strong framboise aroma with wheat, herbs, spice and vinegar like character. Medium sweetness, very mild bitterness, strong tartness. Medium carbonation, medium body. Good.

KBS Espresso (2020)

Black color. Strong coffee aroma with chocolate, caramel, vanilla, wood, cigars,,, very complexed. Strong sweetness and bitterness. Mild carbonation, full body, boozy taste. Very good.
