Super fresh. Clean. Tart. Bread. White grape.

Zwanze 2024 - MMXXIV S

Salty. Bitter and sour. Get a sort of apricot nose. Great.

Iris (2019) S

Stored by GP since 2019. Hay and barnyard funkiness. Sharp sourness. Honey and oak. Quite bitter. Nice dry finish.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2019) S

Got a slight petrol/diesel note and overripe fruit. Very nice.

I enjoyed this a bit more than in 2019. Not so much raspberry.
