Super funky. One of the stronger Gueuze I've had. Good, but funky.

Super tart. Good carb. Jess liked it.

Quite funky.

Super dry, real tart, light apricot but pleasantly fruity. Lots of carb still.

Mamouche (2020) Schneider

Nice. Good floral/elderflower, slightly sour still and light carbonation.

Super soft carbonation, great fruit. Perfect.

Still had good fruit punchiness to it, a little more dusty though and some more grass/hay. Still great stuff.

Still incredible. Soft, velvety, thick, boozy, chocolate, coffee, barrel toast.

Stellar. Amazing wine notes combined with a sour punch to keep it lively and interesting. A combination of two at the top of their game.

Great body and carb, kind of fluffy. Lemon, grass and just a little tang. Really nice.

Vigneronne (2019) Schneider

An amazing blend of wine and beer. Would be a great intro to lambic for wine lovers.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2017) Schneider

Still tons of fruit, long raspberry, strawberry finish that just keeps going. Solid carb still. 37.5cl bottle.
