Paired with scallops in a crab sauce - both were very good. The Vig worked well with this food as it was fairly light and effervescent, yielding some white wine, light melon, and lemon. Was a little sharp in spots, but still pretty soft, IMO. 4.35

Very nice version of Vignerrone this year; light, a little winey, tart, soft bodied, very easy drinking!

Another Cantillon lambic, a little more sour than the St. Lamnivus.

Been a while since I’ve had this on draft. Balanced acidity with the lambic.

Perhaps the smoothest Cantillon I’ve tried. I could crush 5 of these bad boys
