it progressed in bitterness as it aged. still held up astonishingly, to say the least! super earthy and mild fruit with a wee slight tartness. Super fucking stoked someone brought this in for Lúpulo's 1st Zwanze. cheers!

this was AMAZING. a cherry-ness that was mild, yet so impactful. a blend of dry oak, little leather, slight tart with a mix of a smooth sweetness. I preserved this to enjoy at the end of the shift. holy SHIT.

I was getting a weird smell on the nose, and it wasn’t until someone said it had pool chlorine vibes going on until I placed it. Lol. The taste wasn’t bad, it was enjoyable, but the 2017 was much much better.

Love this beer. Paint thinner burned off quick and this light herbal funky lambic thing with the perfect carb strode in. Pepper, some of it green bell. Arg ISO
