My first beer at the new Veil is a Cantillon! The berries are nicely dry and acidic, and the signature light Cantillon funk makes this the typical tremendous Cantillon lambic.

Came to Richmond and waited in line for the Veil new taproom opening and they had this on tap. Go figure…
