RosΓ© de Gambrinus

Raspberries, sour, funky. Intense, tart, dry closing. The funkiness is dominant on the nose, while during the sip it is some fruity focused. Awesome 🀩

Cantillon Grenache Blanc (2022)

White grapes, funky, sour, spicy. Intense, sweet opening, dry closing. Talking about the aroma the funkiness is dominant but during the sip the vinous part comes at first, while the funkiness remains an aftertaste. Awesome 🀩

Kriek 100% Lambic

Creamy, sweet, cherries, wild and tart. The spontaneous part of the beer is dominant on the nose but, while sipping it, the beer is really gentle and balanced. Always a good choice 😍

Saint Lamvinus

Smooth, sour, red fruits, vinous. Can feel the wildness in the aftertaste. To be honest this is one of the best grape juice I’ve ever drunk πŸ‡

Sang Bleu (Camerise)

Haven’t drunk any lambic for a while and I have to say that I made a big mistake. This one by Cantillon is really good: fruity (red berries), wild, creamy and super smooth 😍

Castle Black Stout

Dense, cocoa, sweet and vanilla: an enjoyable ba imperial stout which is really drinkable for a 11% beer! Really good 😌
