Course #2 for the WOCAAS Prix Fixe event at Brewing & Eats. Paired with Palo Santo Jambalaya (Holy Trinity, Shrimp, Blackened Chicken Thigh, Andouille Sausage). Freakin fabulous!!

Love to see this come around each year. Brown sugar, cedar, a dusting of cocoa, and a splash of bourbon. Yes, indeed.

Wow that is bourbon-y. Perhaps a bit too much for my taste, but lots of caramel malt that helps balance it out.
