Wake Up World Wide Stout Stephenson
The dark roast coffee and maple drizzle treatment compliments this beer perfectly. I should have had one of these for breakfast!

I am in agreement with justin w. This variant trades the bourbon for lots of hazelnut.

Straight wild blueberries on the nose. Tart plum and blueberry notes play nicely with red wine and hints of barrel spice with each sip. A little funk to keep it interesting.

Palo Santo Marron Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Aged Stephenson
Love to see this come around each year. Brown sugar, cedar, a dusting of cocoa, and a splash of bourbon. Yes, indeed.

Dried apricots and candied orange peel. Little bit of grassy lime Citra kick.

This is a really good stout. The adjuncts are lost on me, though, probably due to the beer’s age. I do get the faintest bit of chili heat halfway through the glass.

Tart, funky grapes and grape must from start to finish. Peach, apricot, and black cherry notes also come through.

Tasty, as the style goes. Almost like a porter, it is so dark. Love the roasty malts and coffee notes. Needed to be fresher for me, though. I can’t stand isovaleric acid, and it is definitely in there. Probably would have rated over a 4 without it.

Black is quite the understatement. Pitch black and boozy. Bittersweet chocolate, molasses, coffee, burnt malt, and anise all make for a hefty and rich sipper.
