Interesting brew with dry white wine influence infused with strong honey notes, almost leaning towards a super-thin, non-sweet mead. Fruity, fermented vibes with grapes, apple, citrus. Pretty much uncarbonated.

Super tart, yeasty, and acidic. Add the bit of skunkiness and it’s just a whole lotta stank. After some more sips the wine shows up and it’s a more tolerable. What a weird beer

Out of the ashes of my cellar...here comes the old Mikk. Strong belgian base, great to see no oxidation came in, just the sweet part is maybe stronger. Not much of a champagne, but still so much from the grapes, fruity and good. 3.9 is well deserved.

Smells more like apples than grapes. Thankfully not as dry as normal wine. Nice sweetness and fruitness.

Hält was es verspricht. Sehr weinlastig und spritzig. Im Nachgeschmack etwas sauer und süß. Kann man lassen wenn man eine Bier/ Wein Kombo haben will.

Vond hem tegenvallen. Niet echt bière brut (bier met champagnegist), maar meer bier met wijn of druivensap vermengd. En proeft de witte druiven overduidelijk, best lekker, maar ook iets te overheersend t.o.v. het bier. Meer van verwacht, maar niet slecht.
