Brewed with Champagne yeast. Super carbonated spritzy job. Superb dialogue between sourness and spicy, grainy and fruity yeast character.

Happy New Year! Definitely more white wine at this point than champagne but still really tasty stuff. Cheers all!

Jätetään arvosana antamatta kun aikoja sitten vanhentunut. Muuttunut omenamehuksi, joten ei se olut mikä kuuluisi. Ei paha kuitenkaa, hämmentävä hiukan.

this apparently tastes like champagne. I have only had champagne several 100 times (Cheshire) and I can say this beer does not taste like sadness and desperation to be Kirsty Allsop so woo!. It also tastes like salt. but it comes in a green bottle!!

Super tart, yeasty, and acidic. Add the bit of skunkiness and it’s just a whole lotta stank. After some more sips the wine shows up and it’s a more tolerable. What a weird beer

Fairly sweet, floral and lightly tart. Very interesting.

Middle one.. Light considering the alcohol prosent.. Good bitterness.. Fruity like a champagne as well..
