Buck Mildin’

Mild - Other

The Acadian people of Maine are a hearty bunch whose staple foods include buckwheat among other rustic offerings. Drawing on this culinary heritage and utilizing Maine's finest old-world-style malt, we present Buck Mildin'; an Acadian Mild Ale. Right hearty with the perfect balance of toasty, sweet and fruity, this traditional ale is brewed from floormalted pale and crystal malts along with raw, Maine grown buckwheat. Warm fermented with a fruity ale strain lending dried fruit aroma and flavor.

On nitro, smooth and creamy. Spent time in the Acadian part of Maine. Wish they had this beer up there when I was there.
