Pine, citrus rind, a little sweetness. Mellowed out by the oats as it finishes. Solid!

Panther Cub (2021)

Solid! Vanilla and maple nose, bourbon and sweet maple taste, bourbon lingers.

Wildhood

Funky nose, the tart absolutely kicks you in the mouth, lighter funk taste

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020)

Damn. It legitimately smells like fudge. The sweetness is just right. Smooth, and would almost be too rich, but there's just enough carbonation to balance it out. By some sorcery they've managed to hide all the booziness, 11% ABV.

Festina Lente 2019

Light funk, tart fruit, crisp, and dry. Wife approves so I need to drink fast.

SuperEIGHT

Not as much pucker as I was expecting, sour/tart is offset by pretty heavy carbonation. Good warm-weather drinker
