A solid sour overall. Slight funk and peach notes at the back end.

Tart, light, peach fruit. and crisp- reminded me of Sauvignon blanc. Someone else said it reminded them of yogurt- which is unique, and interestingly accurate. Super way to start the evening.

Definitely wild. This might have been a little past it's prime. Not getting much peach. Drinks more like kombucha than an ale. Highly acidic.

Super acidic and dry. Decent amount of funk too. More acid than I prefer but everything else is great. Peach, peach skin, funk, leather, white wine, oak, yogurt like sourness, and hints of barnyard and cheese. Crystal clear, sparkling light gold.

Cellared since I bought this in Rehoboth last summer because I couldn’t find a reason to open it yet. Incredible boozy smell with a crisp finish. The carbonation reminded me of a champagne.

Release #008…thanks for the bottle AW..nice funky barnyard peach aroma, solid tartness going down, pleasantly surprised by this..peaches from Bennett’s?

Bright peachy acidity in the aroma. Thicker barnyard flavor. Great balanced finish.

Light, peach, floral, mildly tart. Aged in Chardonnay barrels. A sophisticated sipper!

Fruity, tart, earthy spice-ish sorta note on the back. Pretty cool 👍🏻

Sour notes sit wonderfully with an outdoor dinner. Well balanced, not too acidic.

Super sour to start. But then again we were re-eating super sweet wedding cake right before I tried it! I like
