Thanks for sticking this, @MaxsTaphouse for Belgian fest! Apricot, stone fruit, touch of oak and vanilla. Dense, yet mild sour flavor. Stone fruit in the finish. Incredible balance.

Graham crackers, vanilla, cocoa aroma. Heavy vanilla, oak, dark fruits. Complex and big!

This style has a lot of promise for those looking for clean, dry beers with lots of character. Fresh grass, light toffee, spicy dry finish.

Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA H

Dark toffee, vanilla, grainy oak. Really interesting!

Thanks Matt! Red wine notes, subdued spicy. Nicely balnced with wine and sour notes. Incredible.

Beauty! Sour cherry, oak. Super sour. Sour cherry flavor, vanilla, barnyard. Dry sour finish.

Super biscuity, toffee. Grassy. Not sure about this one.

Intense black licorice and dark cocoa aroma. Flavor is similar. Very satisfying.

Festina Lente 2019 H

Bright peachy acidity in the aroma. Thicker barnyard flavor. Great balanced finish.

Pineapple notes, almost pina colada-like with the creamy nature. Well crafted, zero chalkiness.
