Tableau

Table Beer

Bright and crisp with notes of lemon, oak and white grape, Tableau is the perfect warm-weather refresher. We brewed a petite saison with pilsner, wheat and rye malts and fermented it with an expressive French saison yeast. Post-fermentation we added a light dry hop of Nelson Sauvin before blending in a touch of barrel-aged mixed culture golden ale for some subtle funk and quenching acidity.

A perfect beer for a warm afternoon. It’s light bodied with a touch of lemon & light peppery note that point to mixed fermentation & rye.

Citrus & light floral, with a hint of funkiness up front; tart and dry on the tongue from start to finish, with a chardonnay-esque crispness to the mouthfeel. Apple, white grape and a touch of oak all easily identifiable.

Nice light herby, yeasty nose. Big lemony hops and herbs up front. Soft, light body. Bit of a tart twang on the finish. Wonderful session beer.
