Standing O

Fruity hop nose. Fruity, almost smoothie-like fruitiness on the palate. No lactose, but, well, too fruity? Dry, raspberry finish.

Tableau

Nice light herby, yeasty nose. Big lemony hops and herbs up front. Soft, light body. Bit of a tart twang on the finish. Wonderful session beer.

Arrows of Neom

Light, grainy nose. Tight lemony zing up front, very light body, green hoppy finish.

Nuggets of Wisdom

Old Sckool hoppy nose. Nice dank hops on the palate, edgy, but not overbearing hop finish. Body is on the lighter side. Lingering bitterness.

Geuze Boon Sélection

2022 version. Light funky nose. Twangy, grassy notes on tje palate. Light astringent edge wuick finish. Nice, but not deep.

120 Minute IPA (2011)

Drinking in 2022. Smell is earthy, like beetroot, but not so edgy, a bit of dark fruity sweetness as well. Taste is super rich, deep, plums and chocolate, with more raisiny sweetness. Warming, sweet, port wine notes, with a twinge of hop bite at the end.

Just a sample! Lovely, floral hop nose. Big, hop edge, mixed in with sherry, port, notes, sweet, but constrained on the finish. Classic DFH

Local Abstraction

Dank, almost skunky nose. Dank, green and edgy up front, but not overpowering. Light dry body, lemony zing on the finish.

Something Cosmic

Nice toffee, caramel, malty nose. Light roasty malt up front on the palate, classic edgy, dark candy sweetness, quick, clean finish. Excellent.

Crimson Cru

Light, grainy nose. Lightly roasty malts, with a bit of grainy edge, a bit fruity on the finish. I was expecting more yeast character, but it is tasty.

Session IPA Mosaic

Nice fruity hop nose. Zingy hops up front, dry crisp finish.

Tru-Action IPA

Light, fluffy, tinge of cotton candy on the nose, whiff of dank hops too. Nice chunky body, narrow but nice fruity soft hops. Fruity sweet finish. It’s a trillium beer. Should have had a street name pun at least. 😄

Oloroso Sherry Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA

Fruity, boozy nose, raisins, hint of nuttiness, nice tight and refined. Nice sherry-port like flavors up front. Not too sweet, hops are very muted, but not missing them in this brew. Tasty, tasty sipper.

Replicant

Dank, yet slightly sweet hop nose. Narrow dankness, with a bit of green-hop flavors. Hmm.

Down the Cape

Light, bright, grainy, sweet nose, tinge of citrus candy. Heavy, somewhat sweet body, nice broad hoppiness, bit of green on the end.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)

Lightly sweet, raisiny, hint of dark chocolate on the nose. All of those pop on the palate, with added sherry, and whiskey notes. Nice bit of abv burn on the finish. A sipper!

Flavia Flav

Nice melony, fruity hop nose. Good fruity hops up front on the palate. Light prickly bitterness. Light body. Very good low-abv ipa.
