An unfiltered, unfettered, unprecedented brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. The caramel and vanilla complexity unique to this beer comes from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo wood from which these tanks were crafted. Holy Tree, indeed!

Nice, but not when you are outside in 90° weather. Inside with the A/C going is the better plan.

Who knew all those years ago when I tried this beer for the first time at the brewery, fresh draft from newly acquired Palo Santo wood tanks, that Milton would be my home for the 4th Qtr. Some say there is no such thing as coincidence…What say you?

Man. Takes me back to the old brewpub with every sip. Super smooth for the abv.

Rich malty body with a nice woody note. Smooth with a toffee sweetness & warm vanilla note. Slight boozy finish
