Perpetual Retrograde

IPA - Imperial / Double

A double-dryhopped West Coast DIPA bursting with flavors of orange marmalade, pine needles and candied citrus. We dryhopped this in the middle and end of fermentation with a blend of Talus, Simcoe, Eureka and Comet to create layers of hoppy goodness to pair with the light malt touches of this decidedly big beer.

Number 4. Probably my favorite of the 4. Has a nice piney taste. Not overly hoppy and finishes smooth

Very much a West Coast IPA. Hops everywhere, but the bitterness on the finish was a chef's kiss. Quite enjoyable.

Awesome West Coast DIPA that is stupendous …piney, sappy, malty, hoppy, bitter, fruity, no booze and stupidly drinkable at 9.3%

Like being pleasurably punched in the face with malt… it’s a lot and I dig it

Well balanced and hoppy. You do get the underlying orange marmalade element as well.
