Been craving a nice stout (even during this Philly heatwave!) this hits the spot without being too heavy or rich. I do miss the old artwork tho haha

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout Cristinzio
As perfect of an imperial pastry/coffee/barrel aged stout as ya can get. Was great to share on draft (especially considering how pricey the bottles were…)

Perpetual Retrograde Cristinzio
Awesome West Coast DIPA that is stupendous …piney, sappy, malty, hoppy, bitter, fruity, no booze and stupidly drinkable at 9.3%

Science Got Involved Cristinzio
Classic West Coast with an East Coast twist. Super quaffable. Piney, juicy and refreshing.

Don't recall getting any sea salt, but was certainly a classic Irish Stout. Fairly sure this was not a nitro draft, tho felt like one.

This taste like craft beer when I first tasted craft beer...and I bloody love it. Bitter, bold, earthy, but also so smooth and more ish at 9%

Beautifully hoppy and fresh as fukk OG American Pale Ale. Straight from the source. I wish I drank more of this. First time at Dogfish.

Lovely cask ale and really interesting IPA. The touch of maple makes more sense than it sounds. Always enjoy a proper hand pump!

This was pretty unique. Incredible depth of flavors/aromas. Didn't mind the honey aspect & wouldn't of guessed 8%. Love experimental Dogfish

Curmudgeon Old Ale (2015) Cristinzio
Tasted some oxidation and stale, but then was hit with a wow this a proper strong ale for the old school!

As solid of a coffee stout as ya would want. Very roasty and a hint of chocolate and espresso like creaminess. Good stuff!

Ye Ol' Winnegance Lager Cristinzio
Quaffable and sessionable winter lager with some subtle spice notes and a bit of a colonial feel. I wish this was distributed.

Not sure what the age was on this, but seemed pretty fresh and boozy. As always, an excellent night cap.

Raison D’Extra (2019) Cristinzio
Was initially hesitant to get this boozy beast & I def could feel it, but still such a smooth treat. Of course loads of dark fruit character

2017 vintage. Still well carbed & with plenty of rich caramel flavor. Nice hints of bourbon, but smells boozier than it taste. Lovely ale.

Curmudgeon's Better Half Cristinzio
This was deceptively smooth, such a complex ale. The barrel notes are there & richly enhance the caramel + malt. Great beer in the rain!

Its been years & I'm enjoying it more than I recall. Tropical/floral/hoppy notes all over. So drinkable. This may become a new go to APA..

Aged at least 3-5 years, unknown abv, strong caramel malt character, some bitterness on the back, alcohol warmth & bitter finish. Great ale!

Too ealry, but this is as fresh as I've had. Unfortunately not on par with previous years imo. Well balanced enough, but nothing stands out.
