Science Got Involved

IPA - American

A continually hopped west coast IPA full of all the piney & citrusy goodness emblematic of the style. We wanted to round out the traditionally neutral ester profile and leave just a bit more sweetness. So science got involved. Multiple experiments led us to an expressive English ale yeast that provides nice stone fruit and light tropical notes to complement the Simcoe and Amarillo hops we piled into this. Science FTW!

Classic West Coast with an East Coast twist. Super quaffable. Piney, juicy and refreshing.

Science misses a little here for me. What it loses in the malt causes it to lose more of the West Coast element I've come to love.

WIPA - Isn’t all brewing just a chemistry experiment?

English ale meets IPA? I like the bitterness vs. Some other lazy hazies

Kind of an east/west hybrid. Malty, mild grapefruit bitterness, tropical fruit on the finish.
