9% DIPA. Horkin’ Heapload is a hearty, modern Imperial IPA stuffed with a luxuriously huge quantity of extra-fragrant American hops piled atop a soft, biscuity malt base for a lip-smacking glass of hop-lovin’ goodness. Yowza!

4.9% Kellerbier. Resolve is an open-source collaboration beer to recognize the determination of the Ukrainian people and to aid the humanitarian effort. Nice flavor.

Second time around for this 7% IPA brewed w/Pils malt, malted wheat, and naked oats, DH’d w/Citra & Mosaic. Dig it.

Life Trust Paradee

6.6% sour collab w/Angry Orchard. Mixed cultured farmhouse ale brewed w/pilsner, spelt, rye, wheat, Vienna malts, aged in French oak Chardonnay barrels for two years. Blended with apple cider. Tart & funky, bordering on lambic. Pretty, pretty gewd!

Melon-Choly Sour Ale Paradee

4.8% sour ale brewed with Florida grown muskmelon and watermelon, coupled with lactose and vanilla bean. I actually freaking love this!

Grass Roots Pils Paradee

4.8% pilsner brewed with regeneratively grown organic Kernza, a perennial wheat grass hybrid. Fermented with a clean lager yeast from an old German monastery for a crisp, clean finish. Best Pilsner ever brewed here?

Virescent Paradee

5.6% pale ale brewed with a malt bill of Pilsner, wheat, and malted oats to provide a light sweetness and creamy mouth feel to carry a tropical and citrusy DH of BRU-1, Mosaic, and German Ariana hops. Solid.

Black Tag 2022 Paradee

9% imperial stout brewed w/massive amounts of dark grains w/generous additions of toasted coconut, dehydrated coconut powder, and Tanzanian cocoa powder. But I think Ryan may have F’d this batch up. 😆

5.1% amber lager brewed in collab w/American Birding Association. Well constructed.

You Don’t Count Carbs On A Cold, Cold Night Paradee

6.3% brown ale brewed from a blend of roasted and caramelized malts to create complimentary notes to support the earthy, roasted sweet potatoes. An enticing blend of warming ginger, sage, and a whiff of vanilla. Nitro poured!

Tru-Action IPA Paradee

6.5% DH’d IPA brewed in collab w/Trillium. Mid-Atlantic wheat from DE brings pillowy softness, while Danko Rye from MA offers subtle spice. Mango, pineapple, candied citrus. This is the cask version, and it’s fabulous!

Oloroso Sherry Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Paradee

It’s 120 Day at Dogfish, and what better way to celebrate the occasion than a 1:20pm toast with this gem. The sherry barrel character helps cover the heat, and the resulting toffee caramel candied ginger result is intoxicating indeed!

Foil Wrapped Classic Paradee

8% Doppelbock lager brewed w/orange peel, dried orange slices, cocoa powder, and cacao nibs. A winter warmer combining bright, fruity citrus and earthy, decadent cocoa. Decent.

Au Courant Paradee

7% kettle-soured Belgian-style ale brewed from German Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts and bucket loads of black currant purée. Very well done.

Mystery Pils Paradee

5.3% American Pilsner brewed with American Pilsner malt, malted Tuxpeno corn, and hopped generously with Grungeist hops. Notes of citrus, berry, lemon pepper, and sweet white bread. Solid.

The Tree's Knees Paradee

7% red ale brewed in collab w/Delaware Wildlands, inspired by Delaware‘s Great Cypress Swamp, brewed with smoked barley malt, black peppercorns, and coriander. maybe the best red ale I’ve had of late, which is not saying much, but it is something.

Bruoscella 1900 Grand Cru (2019) Paradee

Lost check-in from last night. Organic lambic aged three years in oak. A classic, specially selected single batch of lambic, aged three years in the cask. The only unblended real lambic you can find anywhere.

Rip Van Winkle World Wide Stout Paradee

Finally get to check in this monster. 18.7% ABV is well-hidden by strong barrel presence and notes of brown sugar, caramel, and sweet licorice. I concur with the “thin” comments, but this should age very well. Look forward to trying one every year, RVW!

7% full-bodied brown ale brewed w/real pumpkin meat, brown sugar, and spices. This year’s batch is solid. Still one of the more well-balanced, well-constructed pumpkin ales out there.

4.6% nitro-coldbrew inspired milk stout brewed w/lactose and Rehoboth Beach Blend coffee from local roasters Rise Up Coffee. Very well done! A terrific Fall brew.

Amazing nose. Drinking incredibly well right now, despite being only 2 years old (most 120 batches need to age longer). Best 120 in recent memory that was not >5 years old.

It’s BAAAAACK! One of the OG DFH brews. 7.2% hybrid b/t Scotch Ale, IPA, and American Brown. Hoppy malt magic!

5.3% deluxe lager brewed from American Pilsner malt and a very special variety of malted corn called Tuxpeno. A tad sweeter than your typical lager, but I dig.
