Tons of cheesy funk on the nose. As it opened up there was a pencil lead/cigarette ash smell. Less funk on the palate, more fruitiness. Really unique and enjoyable

Very dry. Jalapeño notes grew as this warmed. Interesting one for sure

More tart than other Cantillon offerings, less funk than expected. Really fell short on the finish for me too.

Super complex, but vinegar nose, huge port/raisin finish. As it warmed the nose was stronger vinegar and tons of funk. What a fantastic beer

Big vanilla nose, nicely balanced berry/vanilla on the palate. Due to the heavy fruit and vanilla it started off almost completely lacking that lambic funk. As it opened up it came through a little, but not as much as I’d have liked.
