Very complex flavor. Dry and mildly sour. Wine-like, with notes of grape, oak, and a delicate carbonation.

Starts off like a nice white wine and finishes with mild pear and apples. Pretty good carbonation for a beer this old. Absolutely delicious.

Subtle funk with a mineral tonic nature and finished with a touch of old wood and used straw; aged wisdom can still funky appreciate ingenue flavors of rotten flowers du mal; sunlight dapples the dancing bronze.
