Absolutely splendid. Hay, eastern white pine, lemon rind, green grape skin, freshly cut grass, leaf mulch, wood mill. Touch of astringency in the back end

Oh dear, this is not the mango magnifico I knew. Sticky, syrupy, sickly sweet. That was difficult to drink. Although, it did have a nice heat.

Wow. 10 year old aged geuze. Soft, velvety, deep, lemony, birch sap, dried straw, orange blossom honey, sawdust

Not overbearing, can still tell it's a beer! But expertly crafted to give the flavor and aroma of cinnamon French toast. Nice

OAK! Mineral and apple cider vinegar hints, but with zesty and bright acidity of lemon, then funk takes over! Some toasted bread notes? An astoundingly complex and refined beverage.

so effing good. Bright and fresh raspberries, oaky and woodsy background, floral and juicy with an effervescing elephant of flavors within the smallest hymenopteresque body

This is indeed magical. Light sweetness of vanilla but beautifully melded with a berry medley, tart and refreshing with a beautiful, smooth undertone. Touch of woodsiness in the finish. 4 oz sample, from notes

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio
no carbonation, but still a lovely lambic. earthy tones with grapefruit zest, hint of toasted pecan, woodsiness, rained-on mulch, lemonbalm herb, and a lovely puckering finish.

vinous yet soft, not too tannic, just a beautiful lambic that's simply delicious and quaffable. Wish I took a picture :(
