8-9 years in bottle. Good carbonation, flavor has mellowed—not as acidic or tart as some lambics. Dry. Still tastes good. Thanks Keith.

Just funky for days, still has some light carbonation, low acidity, solid beer

Standardly amazing geuze. Held up so well. Smooth and rich. Underrated.

Such a great beer. Toned down acidity with layers of funk.

Oh that hits the spot. Aroma is full of lambic brettiness and dry leafy woodiness. Flavor adds a sharp but tamed sourness. All surrounded by the cobwebs and cellar funk. 848417

Well balanced. Not extremely funky or sour. A really nice traditional lambic.

Pretty mild in terms of funk and sourness. Good amount of spice and wood. A little more malty than the top tier lambics.

Served way too cold. But once it warmed up some of the traditional barnyard, fruity flavors came through. Lost some carbonation by then too though.

Heavy funk, light cereal, lemon, grape skins, pretty easy drinking.
