One of the best beers I’ve ever had. An already delicious beer on nitro is out of this world. Apparently 2019 was its last release of all time so to have access to this on tap 4 years later is a privilege. Purchased at Madira is Philly.

Age has definitely mellowed the flavors. Maple at first, then chocolate roasted malts and some barrel on the finish. Well balanced and not overly sweet.

Left. Date night beers. Shocked to see this on tap so had to snag a pour. Tastes old and loses some of the breakfast stout qualities but makes up for it with a great aged, barrel stout with silky nitro qualities. Amazing.

Menu confirms 2019 release. Boozy sipper, mild carbonation and body. Not as heavy as expected. Lotsa vanilla and chocolate notes

OMG… not sure if our bartender was giving me shit but stated they have been sitting on this. It Is still AMAZING. Creamy, smooth thick body. Slightly sweet
