4.55. Complex. Pop corn at low temp. The sweetest lambic I've ever had in Cantillon. More opened at higher temp. Grapes, apples, other fruits that I can't recognize. Mellow aftertaste and hints of tannins.

Nez full levure, gros raisins blancs, chair raisin. Bouche similaire, grosse levure, yeasty, léger acétique, gros raisins, chaire raison.

Vinous. Soft. Slight acidity. Still young and vibrant. Curious how this will age. Had it once with Jean before it was bottled and now a second time after bottling. Better after some bottle conditioning.

Damn even better than pre bottling. Really nice, soft, grapes/raisins/sherry
