Vinous. Soft. Slight acidity. Still young and vibrant. Curious how this will age. Had it once with Jean before it was bottled and now a second time after bottling. Better after some bottle conditioning.

4.55. Complex. Pop corn at low temp. The sweetest lambic I've ever had in Cantillon. More opened at higher temp. Grapes, apples, other fruits that I can't recognize. Mellow aftertaste and hints of tannins.

Quite an unusual beer. Spiced and mildly acidic. The spicy note really suggests curry flavour, but maybe I'm crazy.... Nice graos flavour and pleasant malt backbone. Not my favourite Cantillon, but pretty nice.

Maybe some bottle variation but one of the most boring cantillon wine blends I've had. Maybe overshown that day but this was not memorable. One of the best label arts from cantillon though!
