Stewed apple and digestive biscuit crumble drizzled with zingy lemon upfront. Slightly vinous character later adding soft tannins and white grape skins. Complex tart funk throughout. Sour green apple taste to the finish.

Very lucky to have this. Out of production, got the last bit as the barrel had gone. Too much going on to explain how good this is.

Eye: Cloudy and almost amber. Nose: Brett inspired barnyard funk. Mouth: zero carbonation, tart but not puckering, faint flavours of sweet apples and a very dry finish.
